Vujahday Script is a script typeface that imitates quick writing with a brush pen. The letters slant steeply to the right, strokes change abruptly between thick and thin, and the outlines are left ragged; the official notes say this rough edge strengthens the handwritten impression. In the specimen the lowercase joins only loosely, with some letters linked and others standing apart, while the capitals are wide, open and written in one or two fast strokes. The lowercase is low compared with the long ascenders and descenders, so lines need room. According to the notes the font includes two stylistic sets, one plain and one script. It has a single Regular style, without bold, and is not a variable font. Its 1,038 glyphs cover Latin, Latin Extended and Vietnamese. Robert Leuschke is the designer; the name table gives the name as Robert E. Leuschke.
