What is Recall?

Recall is a tool for collecting and revisiting what you read, watch and listen to. Content saved through its web app, browser extension or mobile apps is condensed into key-point summaries, with timestamps for video and audio, and stored as cards in a single library. Paid plans tag the cards automatically and connect related ones in a visual knowledge graph; an augmented browsing feature resurfaces those links while you read new pages. A chat interface answers questions from your saved material, from the open web, or from both. Notes are written in a block editor that supports tables, to-do lists and code. For retention, Recall generates quizzes and schedules them with spaced repetition, and Listen Mode reads summaries aloud. Data can be exported as Markdown, backups sit on Google Cloud servers in the EU, and API and MCP access is included.
