About TASA Orbiter

TASA Orbiter is a sans serif family with even strokes, a tall lowercase and close letter spacing. In the specimen the a is double-storey, the g single-storey, the capital Q carries a flat bar under the bowl in place of a diagonal tail, and stroke ends on letters such as c, e and s are cut close to horizontal. TASA Orbiter is a variable font with one axis, weight, running from 400 to 800; the five named instances are Regular, Medium, SemiBold, Bold and ExtraBold. There is nothing lighter than Regular and there are no italics. The file holds 698 glyphs covering Latin and Latin Extended. The name table gives Weizhong Zhang as designer and Local Remote as manufacturer, and the copyright notice refers to the TASA Typeface Collection. The license is the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
