Covered By Your Grace is a handwriting typeface with tall, narrow, unconnected letters that look written with a marker. In the specimen the strokes are thick with rounded ends, the capitals stand as high as the ascenders, the crossbars of t, f and z stretch out sideways, and letters sit unevenly on the baseline, as they do in quick writing. The official notes say the design follows the handwriting of a teacher who is a friend of the designer, Kimberly Geswein, and single out its curves and extended strokes. The family consists of one Regular style and is not a variable font. Its 347 glyphs include accented letters for Western European languages and for several others, such as Polish and Hungarian. The font is published under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. One gap is worth knowing about: the character set has no percent sign.
