Tana
Agentic meeting platform whose AI agents file issues, draft emails and update records during the call.
Tana is a meeting platform built around AI agents that get tasks done while a video call is under way. Tana is used by downloading the Mac app or starting in the browser, holding a call in Zoom, Teams, Google Meet or Tana, and approving the issues, emails and CRM updates that Tana proposes before the meeting ends.
Best for Teams that want meeting follow-up, such as tickets, emails and CRM notes, completed during the call and stored in a shared, queryable memory.

What is Tana?
Tana is an agentic meeting platform in which AI agents carry out tasks while a video call is still in progress. It records calls held on Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet from the user's own computer, so no bot joins as a participant, and it can also host calls itself. During the conversation the assistant looks up figures that are asked for, recalls earlier commitments and proposes actions such as filing an issue in Linear, Jira or GitHub, drafting a follow-up email, adding a deal note in HubSpot or logging a decision with an owner; a person accepts each proposal. Everything produced is stored in a shared, connected memory covering customers, decisions, issues and people, which teammates can query. An MCP server and public API expose the same context to coding agents. The company notes that this product is separate from its Tana Outliner note-taking tool.
