Scada is a sans serif family with slightly narrow letters and a tall lowercase. Strokes are close to even in thickness, and many stroke ends are cut at a slant instead of square, which is visible in the specimen on a, c, e and s and gives the face a brisk, drawn quality. The official notes give its history: it was created in 2005 as the identity font of the Latvian studio Scada, the studio chose in 2011 to release it as a libre font, and during six months of work it was revised and grew into a family. The same notes say it is made for small sizes in particular. Four static files exist: Regular, Italic, Bold and Bold Italic. The 524 glyphs cover Latin, Latin Extended and Cyrillic, including the letters for Russian, Ukrainian and Bulgarian. Jovanny Lemonad is credited as the designer.
Latin and Latin Extended characters in the preview subset; the complete family has 524 glyphs.
The family contains the core letters these languages are written with:
Writing systems with glyphs in the family besides Latin: Cyrillic. These are listed as scripts, not as a promise for every language written in them.
Character sets found in the files: cyrillic, cyrillic-ext, latin, latin-ext. The language list is a check of required letters against the font, not a promise of typographic quality in each language.

This is a short summary, not legal advice. The license text decides: read the full OFL text. A copy is included in the download.
Scada is sans serif and Andada Pro is serif (5 weights): the difference in structure separates headings from text.
Scada is sans serif and Bevan is slab serif (1 weight): the difference in structure separates headings from text.
Cousine is a monospace family (2 weights) for code and figures next to Scada as the text face.
Suggestions come from simple rules on the records: a contrasting classification and enough weights to carry body text. They are a starting point, not a verdict.
Download the family and host the files on your own site, then declare them in CSS. Please do not link to the files on trendhub.net: preview files here are subsets and their addresses change.
