ThesisAI is an academic writing tool that drafts a full scientific document from a single prompt. The length is set with a slider between 8 and 80 pages, and the text is written with inline citations to sources found through an automated Semantic Scholar search or taken from as many as 500 papers that you upload or import. Reference libraries can be brought in from Zotero and Mendeley. A citation report then compares each sentence of the draft with the sources and marks what is supported. Output is available as PDF, Word, LaTeX and BibTeX, and a project can be sent to Overleaf for manual editing. Eight citation styles are offered, including APA, IEEE, Harvard and Chicago, and documents can be written in several dozen languages. An MCP endpoint lets Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini start documents using the same account credits. Plans are called Basic and Pro.
