What is Magisterium AI?

Magisterium AI is an answer engine that draws on a library of more than 37,000 Catholic documents, including writings of Popes, Saints, Fathers and Doctors of the Church. It has three modes: Chat for conversational answers with inline citations and follow-up questions, Search for finding and opening source texts, and Explore for a three-dimensional view of the knowledge base. A personal library lets users save books, listen to them and build collections. Further functions include biblical commentary, daily Mass readings and prayers through widgets, a saints database, an ecclesiastical directory, diocesan statistics and financial records, and a news section. Thinking Mode produces longer research reports, Learn Mode offers guided paths, and Canvas Mode helps draft prayers, reflections or letters. The service runs on the web, in native mobile apps and inside WhatsApp, and offers an API and MCP connectors.
