Image prompt
967 charactersAn ultra-detailed abstract impasto oil painting portrait of a loving mother holding her child close to her chest, inspired by modern expressionist masters. The mother's semi-realistic face emerges from explosive textured brush strokes and sculpted palette knife paint, filled with warmth, strength, and deep emotion. The child rests peacefully in her arms, creating a powerful emotional connection. Deep sapphire blues, fiery oranges, crimson reds, golden yellows, and luminous whites flow across their faces and clothing like liquid energy. Thick oil textures create dramatic depth, with swirling abstract paint dissolving into dynamic motion around them. Soft cinematic lighting highlights the mother's gentle expression, the child's innocence, and the rich layered paint textures against a clean minimal background. Hyper-detailed, emotional masterpiece, modern gallery aesthetic, photorealistic expressionism, museum-quality oil texture, dramatic composition, 8K.
How to use it
This prompt works best as a starting point for a family or memorial portrait, so keep the impasto and palette knife language intact, since those details carry the expressionist look. Swap the people and the colour palette to match your own family or mood. It was shared as a GPT Image 2 prompt, and a close reference photo of your subject will help the face stay recognisable.
